Services

Garden Perfect HQ provides professional gardening services including but not limited to garden design, landscaping, maintenance, plant consultation, and seasonal care. All services are subject to scheduling availability and weather conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Garden Perfect HQ is not liable for damage to existing plants, structures, or underground utilities not clearly marked prior to service.

Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from service completion. Plant warranties vary by species and planting conditions and will be discussed during consultation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
